About | Robert Allen “Bo” Cason III, 39-year-old resident of Woodward, OK, passed from this life on June 12, 2017 at his home. He was born on July 20, 1977 in Fredericksburg, TX to Robert Jr. and Virgina (Crawford) Cason. Bo grew up in Kerrville, TX and attended grade school at Kerrville Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1995 from Tivy High School. He received the State of Texas Kerr County 4-H Gold Star Award, one of the highest awards given, and Outstanding 4-H Leadership award. Bo attended South Plains College in Levelland, TX for two years with his focus always on agriculture and business. On October 3, 1998, Bo married the love of his life, Julie Ann Burns, at the Church of Christ in Kerrville, TX. To this union, two daughters were born, Callie Diann and Cecilia Lenore. They were his love and his source of pride and joy. They have lived in Kerrville, TX; Fairview, OK; and in 2008 moved to Woodward where he currently resided. Bo was a third generation Oilfield worker and he loved to drive semi’s. He loved his oilfield brotherhood. He worked for Cudd Pressure Services as a CDL Truck Driver w/many endorsements and hauled everything. He had been in the oilfield driving trucks for over 15 years. But what he loved to do the most, was to be outside, helping run cattle, working on the ranch/farm that Julie grew up on with her brother Will. Bo truly loved the outdoors in all its forms. He loved fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family, especially traveling. He always looked forward to taking his family on vacations every year, sometimes twice, if the year in the oilfield was good. His family always came first. He was a Christian and was baptized on October 21, 1998 at the First Baptist Church in Kerrville and was a current member of the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church in Woodward. He loved doing mission work for his church and for the Serving Christ Outreach in Fairview. He truly had a passion to help others. Bo was a member of the Masonic Lodge #189 in Woodward. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Bo is survived by his wife Julie Ann Cason and daughters Callie Diann and Cecilia Lenore Cason of Woodward, OK; his parents Robert and Virgina Cason of Kerrville, TX; brothers Ronnie Cason and wife Starling of Katie, TX and Raymond Cason and wife Tori of Kerrville, TX; father-in-law George Burns and wife Sharon of Vici, OK; mother-in-law De Abbott and husband Guy of Seiling, OK; brother-in-law William Burns and wife Natasha of Vici, OK; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends. |
