| About | Scott Miller, 42, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 12, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at South Main Church of Christ. Interment: East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the chapel at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Scott was born July 9, 1967. He was employed by Texas Instruments and was a builder. Scott was a faithful member of North Main Church of Christ, a mission deacon and active with mission churches in Mexico. He loved to play church softball, loved carpentry and woodworking. Survivors: Wife, Rhonda Miller of Weatherford; son, Micah Miller of Weatherford; father, Herb Miller of Weatherford; mother, Joyce Burk and husband, J.T., of Corsicana; sisters, Sheryl Davis of White, Ga., Sabra Miller of Weatherford; brother, Sandon Miller of Henrietta; several nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends.
