Leugene "Lee" Olsen, Jr. 1967 ~ 2007 "Lee" 40, passed away June 24, 2007, in Reno, NV. He was born April 19, 1967, in Salt Lake City to Leugene Olsen, Sr. and Sandra Lee Kelso. Lee loved the outdoors, skiing, biking, water sports, and riding motorcycles. He believed in the gospel and loved the Lord. Lee was a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps and served in Desert Storm. He graduated from the police academy at the top of his class and was an English major at the University of Utah. Lee worked for Davis Construction in Reno and belonged to the Carpenters Union. He was a gifted person who had a way with words and loved to write. Lee loved his family very much. He is survived by Leugene and Linda Olsen, Sr., Sandra Love, Ron and Valerie Brown, Ken and Sherrie St. John, Steve and Lilia Olsen, David Olsen, Kenneth and Mary Angels Clark, Byron and DeeAnn Clark and Lee and Jaclyn Arnold. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leland and Vergene Olsen and Elmer and Lorraine Kelso. Graveside services will be held Sat., June 30, at 11 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 10600 S., Sandy, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
