| About | Thomas Jason Dunyon "Jay", age 42, passed from this earthly life into the waiting arms of his father, Phillip, and his infant son, Alex on Wednesday, December 15, 2004. Jay was a giving and sensitive soul, and at least two patients have been designated to receive viable organs. Two families will receive the ultimate Christmas gifts this year as a result of our loss. Jay is survived by his children: Jason Scott, 21; Erin Nicole, 19; and Andrew Glenn, 15. He is also survived by his mother Sarah, seven brothers and six sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Friday evening, Dec. 17th at 6-7 p.m. A memorial service will be held at on Saturday, Dec. 18th at 2 p.m. where friends may visit one hour prior. Funeral directors: Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home. |
