Ellen passed six months after her fiftieth wedding anniversary to her husband Sheldon Wells. They met at JB's Big Boy Restaurant, in Ogden. She was also on the franchise crew, and assisted in opening many Big Boy Restaurants from South Lake Tahoe to Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They managed JB's Big Boy Restaurants in Ogden, Salt Lake City, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Rapid City, South Dakota. After the Big Boy years she and her husband operated a Perkins Cake & Steak Restaurants in Salt Lake and on Riverdale Road in Ogden. She was preceded in death by one daughter, half brother, parents & grandparents. She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, daughter-in-law & son-in-law, and 3 grandsons.Many brother-in-law's & sister-in-law's nieces & nephews. |
