Mark D. Shuey, 39 of Maple Avenue in Claremont, NH died Thursday (November 19) at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. He was born in Greenfield, MA on November 13, 1970. He was a graduate of Brattleboro Union High School, Class of 1988. Mark had been employed by Home Depot in Claremont, NH as an expeditor. He enjoyed playing pool as well as karaoke because singing was his passion. He was a volunteer at the JSL in Claremont, NH. Members of his family include his wife, Yvonne (Aiken) Shuey, Claremont, NH; whom he married in 2001, a son, Joshua J. Shuey, Claremont, NH; a sister, Melissa Burbank, Rollingford, NH;his mother and step-father, Nancy and John Burbank, Townshend, VT; his maternal grandmother, Helen Dillon, brother in law, David Aiken, Jr., and his wife, Kimberly, Claremont, NH; a niece, Alexis Aiken, a nephew, Nicholas McCleary, his best friend, Rod Derosier, Wilmington, VT; aunts, uncles and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday (Nov. 24) at the Roy Funeral Home with the Rev. Susan Langle, rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, officiating. Committal will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roy Funeral Home, 93 Sullivan Street, Claremont, NH on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until time of services.
