Jane Jenrette BIKIN, 43, of Blacksburg and Phoeniz, Ariz., passed away Thursday, June 11, 1998 at Phoeniz Baptist Hospital. She was born January 20, 1955, in Spokane, Wash. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert “Bob” Jenrette. She attended Virginia Tech and graduated from the Medical College of Virginia, School of Pharmacy, Richmond. She was a pharmacist at Phoenix Children’s Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy in Phoenix. She is survived by her husband, Dalel Bikin; a son, Christopher Bikin, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; her mother, Rebecca Jenrette; a sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Bob Sterrett, all of Blacksburg; a brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Dorothy Jenrette, Charleston, S.C.; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Henry and Beth Bikin, Phoenix, Ariz; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bruce and Sally Bikin, Philadelphia, Pa.; two nephews, Scott and Robert Sterret, Blacksburg; a niece, Jordan Jenrette, Charleston, S.C. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 17, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. in the Blacksburg Christian Church with Rev. Herbert Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the church. Remembrance contributions may be made to the Children’s Cancer Center, 909 E.
