| About | On Thursday, May 30th at approximately 10:40 pm, multiple units from the Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Malvern Hill Court for a medical emergency. Sheriff's deputies found Kwesi Franklin being tended to by Rescue personnel. Mr. Franklin was suffering from an apparent head wound and was unresponsive. A gathering crowd of onlookers were unable to provide deputies with any information. He passed on June 3 2013. |
