WALKER, Michael Brandon Sr., 52, of Midlothian, Va., passed away peacefully May 14, 2014, from pancreatic cancer. Michael was born April 10, 1962 in Richmond, Va., the youngest son of Jane Sublett Walker and Paulett Bradner Walker Sr. He was predeceased by his father in 1965 and was blessed to have Donald Fitzgerald Reilly Sr. as his dad from age 6. Michael graduated from Midlothian High School during which time he starred as left linebacker for the Bon Air Bengals. He married his high school sweetheart, Kimberly Silcox Walker January 12, 1985 and in addition to her, he is survived by his son, Michael Brandon Walker Jr. (28), daughter, Alexis Leah Walker (17), parents, Jane Sublett Reilly and Donald Fitzgerald Reilly Sr., brothers, Paul Bradner Walker Jr. (56), and Donald Fitzgerald Reilly Jr. (43) and mother-in-law, Irene Cooper Silcox. A graduate of John Tyler Community College with a degree in Welding and Metal Fabrication, Michael was a tireless worker who loved building things. He was passionate about motorcycles, home improvement projects and spent his career in maintenance with leadership roles the last 26 years with Westvaco and then Philip Morris USA. He consistently received the highest ratings at Philip Morris, loved and was loved by those that worked with him. His work there took him on many international trips including travel to Italy, Russia, Turkey, Germany and France. Michael was a devout Bible reader who had a special interest in the Book of Revelations and Proverbs. He shared many qualities with his maternal grandfather, Richard Sublett. He was spiritual, quiet, strong, kind, hard working, a man of faith and a great provider for his family. Michael also loved the outdoors, fishing, NASCAR and building anything. Launching rockets on the beach with his family brought out the kid in him. In addition to his immediate family above, Michael is survived by his three nieces, Rachel, Anna and Sarah Walker; his stepbrothers and sisters, Jim Reilly, Maggie Molnar, Patrick Reilly, Jamie Stoneburner and their families. He was predeceased by his oldest sister, Sharan Reilly. He is also survived by his cousins, Cathy Jo Palmer, Julie Riggan, Robert Jones, Terri Fuller, Larry Sublett, Sherry Regan, Debbie Wilson, Barry Sublett, Eddie Powell, Graham Powell, Danny Holt, Nina Dare Delillio, Helen Dale Shields, Wilson Sublett, Bill Sublett and their families. He was predeceased by his cousins, Roberta Sublett and Jamie Newcomb. Michael loved his whole family.
