| About | David Chapman Bradley passed away July 23, 2019 in Bellingham, WA. David Bradley was born January 27, 1941, to Frank and Ellen Bradley in Sacramento, CA. He graduated from Eisenhower High School in Yakima, WA and attended Washington State University. He managed Wright Music Company, a family business, in Sunnyside, before embarking on a lifelong career in banking. David was a longtime resident of Bellingham, and enjoyed its many benefits. An avid boater, he was a member of the Bellingham Yacht Club, serving as Commodore in 1997. A gracious and generous host, he sailed the local and regional waters with countless guests on board his boat, the Currensea. Later in life David found another passion, biking. He biked distances both short and long, and soon became competitive, even completing the 206-mile STP (Seattle To Portland) biking event. He was a lifetime member of the YMCA and a Rotarian for many years. David is survived by his wife, Penny, son Chuck, daughter Tiffany Pease, granddaughter Paige Landon, as well as brothers Frank, Bill, and Jim, sister Sue Keene, and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held September 15th at Bellingham Yacht Club. |
