| About | Katrina Marlene Chouinard - Hunt, 38, of Yakima, peacefully passed with her family by her side, on November 7, 2017, at Cottage In The Meadow, after a long struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born on August 29, 1979 in Yakima, WA to Kevin and Donna Chouinard. She lived in Yakima all her life, graduating from Eisenhower High School in 1998. She is survived by her husband, Charles Hunt and their sons, Dale and Tyler Hunt, of Yakima. Katrina is also survived by her parents, Kevin Chouinard and Donna (Mike) Noy, all of Yakima, as well as her brother, Zack (Amber) Chouinard, of Selah and nephews Dillon and Wesley Chouinard, also of Selah, and step sister, Taylor Noy, of Spokane, and half-brothers, Fredrick and Duncan Chouinard, of Yakima. She is also survived by her grandparents Bob and Nancy Spahn, of Hillsboro, OR, along with many cousins, aunts, and uncles. At the family’s request, there will be no formal services at this time, but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Brookside Funeral Home is caring for the family.
