About | Kelsey Dawn Walker (21) of Toppenish passed away at Harborview Medical Center on Sunday December 30, 2018 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Kelsey was born in Yakima on May 7, 1997 to Tim Walker and Cheryl (Maden). She was raised in Yakima and graduated from Eisenhower in 2015. She lived in Tukwila for a short time and was currently working at Steve Hahn Motors as a social media assistant. She enjoyed spending time with her dog, Scruffy, going to the mountains with her father, riding her horse, fishing, playing cards, and was a country girl who loved the outdoors. She is survived by her fiancé, Dylan Sheehan of Satus; her father, Tim Walker of Satus; her mother, Cheryl (Kevin) Parsley of Yakima; her grandparents, Buster & Shirley Windsor of Yakima and Judy Walker of Satus; a brother, Corey (Tina) Cook of Yakima and a sister, Shelby Cook of Yakima; nieces and nephews: Ryler & Jaxson Glaspie and Holley and Haley Cook. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Dale Walker. Visitation will be at Colonial Funeral Home on Friday January 4, 2019 from 1-4 PM at Heggie’s Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home. A celebration of her life will follow the funeral at the Satus Event Center.
