Kylnn Aleah Stenhoff Obituary (1997 - 2023)

Graduation Year Class of 2015
Date of Birth Jul 29, 1997
Date of Passing Nov 11, 2023
About Kylynn Aleah Stenhoff, 26, of Yakima, WA passed away unexpectedly on November 11, 2023 in her home in Bellingham, WA.

Kylynn was born on July 29, 1997 in Yakima, WA to Kelly Stenhoff and Derrek Birks.

The day Ky entered the world, it became a better place. She was a one of a kind, fun-loving, bossy and beautiful woman, whose smile and laugh would light up a room. She was always the life of the party, and an extremely motivated woman who always knew what she wanted and would make sure she achieved it. When Kylynn was younger, she spent many hours with her dad skiing at Mission Ridge and was amazing at it; she excelled at everything she was interested in. One of her biggest passions was cooking. She always hosted events with her friends and family, and was the go-to caterer of events for people she loved. She is very well known for speaking her mind and letting others know her opinion on matters that important to her. She was a fierce advocate for underprivileged people, especially in regard to children.

In September of 2020, Kylynn met the the man she would fall in love with, Mason Gray. Together, they were a whole lot of hyperactive and whole lot of love. They were a one of a kind couple who played off of one another's personalities and it was obvious they were meant to be. On August 2, 2022 they brought a beautiful baby girl, Solana, into the world. Solana was her life and she absolutely thrived as a mother. The three of them were the perfect little family. A whole lot of big smiles and huge personalities. Any time you were around them, you knew the love was real.

Kylynn graduated from Eisenhower high school in 2015 and continued her education at Western Washington University where she received her Bachelors of Science degree majoring in Sociology. She spent the last year as a homemaker, enjoying her time as a stay at home momma with her baby girl, never missing a moment of the 'firsts'.

Kylynn is going to be greatly missed and never ever forgotten. She is survived by the love of her life, Mason Gray, and the light of her life, her daughter, Solana Stenhoff-Gray, as well as her best friend and Mom, Kelly Stenhoff and her fiancé Sean Roller, Dad, Derrek Birks, brother, Jacob Johnson, Grandparents Connie/Loren Stenhoff and Cheri/Dan Barr, and Grandpa Jr. Birks, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, honorary parents, friends, and her cats, Little Miss Sunshine Princess Wiggles, and Squish.

Any donations made in her memory will be placed towards a college fund for her daughter, Solana Stenhoff-Gray.

Services to be held at later date TBD.
