Three years later, his youngest sister, Jo, completed the family. Mark attended Roosevelt Elementary, Franklin Junior High, and Eisenhower High School, and graduated in 1975. His church community, Holy Cross Orthodox Church, was of great importance and comfort to him in life and death. He is survived by his mother, Myra McLain, of Yakima, Washington, his sister, Jo McLain of Yakima, Washington, Ruby and Kyle Nauck and their daughter, Kaira.
