| About | Brookside Funeral Home & Crematory Sharon Anne Scott (Beck), born December 11, 1952, went to be with Jesus on April 28, 2019. She passed peacefully at Cottage in the Meadow in Yakima, Washington. Sharon was born and raised in Yakima. She graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1971. Sharon spent many years raising her children and working seasonally at Del Monte. She worked various office jobs until she eventually established herself as a Real Estate Agent. She sold real estate for both Salsgivers and Almon Realty. She enjoyed collecting antiques, vintage dolls, and crafting. She also loved attending church and fellowshipping with her church family at Together Church. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Olive Beck. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Joe Scott of Wapato, Washington, her daughter and son in law, Chris and Christi Johnson of Sedro-Woolley, Washington, daughter, Angela Cox of Yakima, and son, Corey Reeves of Yakima. Sharon also had 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Together Church in Yakima on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 10:00 am with a Potluck dinner to follow. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff and volunteers at Cottage in the Meadow for the care and compassion they provided during Sharon’s time there.
