About | Travis Lee "Flip" McKitrick, age 44, passed away on July 31, 2023 in Yakima, WA, after suffering a sudden cardiac event. Travis was born to Bryan and Georgia McKitrick on May 9, 1979 in Yakima, WA. Travis graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1998 (incorrect year 1997). He stayed in the Northwest, moving to Spokane, Tri-Cities and returning to stay in Yakima several years ago. Travis worked as a card dealer at the Caribbean Casino, which he loved. He enjoyed playing and refereeing basketball, and excelled in soccer and baseball during high school. His most recent passions were fishing, golfing and mushroom hunting. Travis was very charismatic. He is survived by his parents, a daughter, Camille Lee McGuffy (15), his sister, Tarah Lynne McKitrick and brother, Adam Miller. Travis was preceded in death by his canine best friend, Chizzle. A time for visitation has been set aside at Keith and Keith Funeral Home on Tuesday August 8, 2023 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM; a celebration of his life will be at 10:00 at The Grace Of Christ Presbyterian Church in Yakima on Wednesday August 9 followed by burial at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
