Was born May 9, 1961 in Spokane, WA; passed away January 13, 2007. Mark graduated from Ferris High School in 1979. He then went on to graduate from Washington State University in 1983 with a degree in Construction Management. After that he graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters in Business Administration. Mark was a Civil Engineer and Project Manager in the construction industry for many years. He spent time working on multiple California Bay Area Transportation Projects as well as the California Water Transportation Project, and at the Denver Airport. Along with an award from the Mayor of Phoenix, Arizona, Mark received multiple awards for his cost saving approaches for the employers and governments. Mark was also known for being a devoted "Coug" fan. |
