| About | Following graduation, Gilbert joined the Army and served three years with a deployment to Vietnam from 1970-1971 as a Combat Engineer. He married in 1972 while on leave from the service and he and wife had two children, a daughter and son. He worked as a painter for Energy Northwest and retired in 2011. Gil and wife Bibi were married for 50 years at the time of his death. They resided in Finley for many years. Gil passed away on February 9, 2023. |
