Died Friday night after a motorcycle accident near Issaquah State Troopers said Gill was eastbound on Highway 90 two miles east of Issaquah at 9:45 p.m. when his cycle went off the road on the left shoulder, striking a guard rail and warning sign and throwing him in the middle of road. He died two hours later at Overlake Memorial Hospital, Bellevue,. Obituary on page 17. posted TCH September 2, 1975 Roy K. Gill, Jr., 23 Pasco, died Friday in Overlake Memorial Hospital, Bellevue, after a motorcycle accident. He was born in Pasco and lived in the Tri-Cities all his life. He was a heavy duty machine operator; member of Kennewick Eagles; Scuba Diving Club; and the Methodist Church. Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gill Sr., a sister, Pamela, a brother Paul, and grandmother Ruth Bailey, all Pasco; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bruklander, Kennewick. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bruce Lee Funeral Home with the Rev. John Zimmerman officiating. Burial will be at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Kennewick. Friends may call at the funeral home until 8 p.m. today. |
