About | Bill and his wife, Diane, moved to Moses Lake, Wa. in 1951 where they remained all their lives, raising two sons. He began his career in mechanics at Orting at Mac's Garage, began building tow trucks in Moses Lake, and operated Central Towing over 50 years. Flying was a focal point in his life; Shorty Lawson taught him to fly. Bill joined the UFOs (United Flying Octegenarians) when he turned 80 and kept on flying locally the rest of his very full life. |
