About | Justin Jeffry Justice, 37, of Williamson, West Virginia, passed away July 14, 2007 after a courageous battle against cancer. Born February 14, 1970 in Mingo County, West Virginia to the late Bradford Justice, a longtime educator for the Mingo County School System, and Katherine Justice of Varney, West Virginia. He was employed as a locomotive engineer for the Norfolk and Southern Railway and a member of the First Baptist Church of Varney. He is survived by his loving wife, Lou Ann (Bowling) Justice of Williamson; brothers: Wally Winston (Monika) Justice of Lenoir, North Carolina and Bradford Bartley (Laurie Gray) Justice of Delbarton, West Virginia; sister who was by his side day and night, Leah (James) Musgrave of Delbarton; sister-in-law Della (Thomas) Tinch of Dandridge, Tennessee; and father-in-law Thomas Bowling of Turkey Creek, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces: Kim (Josh) McClanahan of Delbarton, Sonja (Chris Phillips) Jutice of San Francisco, California, Stephanie (Aaron Bird) Justice of Lenoir, Carissa Bartoe, Zachery Bartoe and Aaron Bartoe all of Delbarton, and Lindsay Musgrave of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; great nieces: Aerianna McClanahan and Kaysie Bird; and great nephews: Brenden and Kylen McClanahan all of Delbarton. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 17, 200 at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home in Belfry, Kentucky with Bill Snodgrass officiating. Burial will be at Mountain View Memory Gardens in Maher, West Virginia. Visitation is after 6:00 pm Sunday, July 15, 2007 and Monday, July 16, 2007 at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with a special service at 7:00 pm Monday. Pallbearers are Brad Justice, Winston Justice, Phillip, Brumfield, Matthew Cook, Aaron Bartoe, and Zachery Bartoe. |
