| About | Barbara Jeffrey Robison Obituary Barbara Jeffrey Robison, age 90 of West Columbia, SC passed away on December 8, 2024. She was born June 18, 1934 in Logan, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 66 years, Larry L Robison Sr. She is survived by two sons, Larry L (Robbie) Robison Jr. and wife Lisa of Sugar Hill, GA. and Jeffrey Alan Robison (Tammy) of West Columbia. She had three grandchildren, Crystal, Jamie and Tiffany. She also had three great grandchildren, Josh, Morgan and Emma. She was preceded in death by her parents Sidney and Carrie Jeffrey, and nine brothers and sisters. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and sister-in-laws. She graduated from Logan High School in 1952. During her teenage years in Logan, she worked at Lewis Furniture Company along with one of her sisters, Lydia Faye (Peterson). They each purchased several furniture items that were used in their households for many years. In later years after moving to South Carolina, she worked for First Citizens Bank as a teller from the early 70s until the mid-90s. She met and knew so many friends from her years working there. After retirement, she learned to use a computer, and did all of the paperwork and billing for Larry’s home-based wrench repair business, RAW Inc. After they both finally retired for the last time in their 80’s, she enjoyed using her laptop to email family and friends, and loved looking at photos on Facebook. She was a long-time devoted member of Saluda River Baptist Church and loved her Sunday School classes and lessons. |
