| About | William D. Owens William Davis Owens “Bill”, 81 of Martinsburg passed away on May 22, 2022. He was born on July 17, 1940 in Martinsburg and was the son of the late Norman and Edna Owens. Bill was a free spirit with a passion for motorcycles. He had a great love for dogs, enjoyed investing and spending time cooking. Many years were spent enjoying time with family and friends on the river. He is survived by his wife Teresita Owens; daughter: Stacey Chapman; Grandchildren: Blake Chapman and wife Lis, Ashley Bartinikas and husband Kyle; Great Granddaughter, Arabella; Brothers: Norman Owens Jr and Dennis Owens and wife Lois, numerous nieces and nephews and former wife Frances “Linda” Gatson. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents George and Bulah Lynch. A visitation will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on May 26, 2022 at 5 p.m. until the start of Funeral Services at 6 p.m |
