| About | Kimberly Kay Fietzer Dunham, 55, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024 after a brief illness. Kim was born in Appleton, WI on October 22, 1968 to Nancy and Douglas Fietzer. Kim graduated from Appleton East in 1986. After that she attended McConnell Travel School and several years later, she attended FVTC and got her degree in accounting. In 2004, Kim met James Dunham and they were happily married on November 11, 2011. Kim was quite a private person unless you rubbed her the wrong way and she was not afraid to let you know. She had a love for her fur babies that were like children to her and Jim. She also enjoyed Christmas and each person had their separate wrapping paper that was wrapped so perfectly. Kim and Jim loved to travel, whether it was in Jim’s little sports car or flying to their destinations. She loved her nephews Ty and Mason like they were her own. Kim is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, James Dunham; her fur babies: Bella, Toby, and Stormy; her mother, Nancy Fietzer; brother, Scott (Holly) Fietzer; nephews: Tylin and Mason Fietzer; mother-in-law, Janice Dunham; sisters-in-law: Angela (John) Hale, Shari (Gregg) Kahler, Stacey (Mike) Schmidt; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Fietzer; her father-in-law, Jerry Dunham; Godmother, Sally Tetzaff, and her Godfather, Donald Fietzer. A memorial service for Kim will be held today, Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna. Visitation will begin at the funeral home at 4:00 p.m. and will continue until the time of the service. Kim’s celebration of life will continue at Hollander’s Bar & Grill.
