| About | James R. Erdman, age 31, of Menomonie, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, as the result of an automobile accident in Dunn County. Jim was born on June 8, 1972, in Wisconsin Dells to James Henry and Barbara Jean (Wessel) Erdman. He moved to Menomonie in 1987. He married Karla Meyer in May 1996 in Menomonie. Jim worked for Master Packaging as a mechanic. He loved his wife and kids, tools, his dog, NASCAR and the Green Bay Packers. Jim is survived by his wife, Karla Meyer; his children, Jordan Olson, 9, Michael Meyer, 9, and Destiny Erdman, 5; his brothers, Brian Erdman of Wisconsin, Mike Erdman of New Jersey, Aric Meyer of Louisiana and Zach Meyer, Allen Meyer and Andy Meyer, all of Menomonie; his sister, Jackie Meyer of Menomonie; his parents, Ronald and Karen Meyer of Menomonie and Barbara Marshall of Oxford; two nieces, Briesha and Arwen; his grandparents, Earl and Margaret Meyer of Menomonie; aunts, uncles and cousins; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, James Henry Erdman. Funeral services were Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, at the Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with the Rev. David Whelan officiating. Burial in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Menomonie, was held privately with the family. |
