About | Billy “Bill” Ronald Inglett, 68, of La Crosse, crossed the final finish line on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Bill was born to Harley and Margaret Inglett on December 22nd, 1953. He was raised in Onalaska, and later moved to Mindoro where he attended Melrose-Mindoro High School. Bill married Ruth Liebschat La Crosse Fairground Speedway on July 28th, 2001. Bill was a jack of all trades and worked in various industries throughout his lifetime, but he enjoyed his final career the most as a school bus driver for GoRightWay Transportation. Bill had many passions in life, but first and foremost was his family. Grandpa Bill took every opportunity he could to spend time with his nine grandchildren playing Santa, turning wrenches, and feeding them candy. When he wasn’t with his family, you could find him tinkering with his 53’ Belair, hunting and fishing, or taking in a race with Ruth at the speedway. Bill was very loved and will be missed by many. Bill is survived by his wife of almost 21 years, Ruth; his four children and grandchildren Holly (Robert) Stanfield, Ryan & Levi of La Crosse; Matthew (RyAnne) Inglett, Matallyn & Brenagyn of Cataract; Joshua (Jessica) Inglett, Addison, Henry, & Brooklyn of Rockland; Wendy (Dave Sandry) Liebsch, Zack & Alex of Winona; his niece Michelle (Mark) Neader of Holmen; nephews Mark (Jess Wentzel) Inglett of West Salem& John (Melanie) Inglett of Alma; brother-in-law Dave (Cindy) Liebsch of Nodine; sister-in-law Mary Liebsch of LaCrescent; special friend and right hand man Kyle Sachleben; and many other relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Harley & Margaret; his brother Mike; his mother-in-law Phyllis; father-in-laws Leo & Robert; brother-in-laws Robert & Dave, and sister-in-law Linda. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 16th at Noon at the Dickinson Family Funeral Home, 401 Main Street, Onalaska. Friends may visit with the family on Monday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial to follow at the Onalaska Cemetery.
