These words capture the essence of Karl - someone who brought light and levity to those around him, who engaged deeply with ideas and shared meaningful conversations with friends about life's big questions. As a graduate of Tremper High School's Class of 1978, Karl was a beloved member of our Trojan family. His time in the Tremper High School music department held a special place in his heart, where he formed deep and lasting friendships with his fellow band members. The bonds he created through music and shared experiences remained precious to him throughout his life. After Tremper, Karl continued his education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. In his professional life, Karl worked as a Front Desk Clerk at The Village Inn in Milwaukee, where he welcomed guests with his characteristic warmth. Karl was raised by his loving grandparents, As we bid farewell to our fellow Trojan, we remember Karl's 61 years of life with fondness and respect. The music of his life, though ended too soon, continues to resonate in our hearts, and his fresh perspective on the world will be deeply missed. |
