| Events | Judith "Judy" A. Hoffstetter, 83, of Watertown, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Rainbow Hospice Inpatient facility in Johnson Creek. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Watertown with Pastor Carina Schiltz officiating. The service will be live streamed on the Facebook page of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church of Watertown, Wisconsin. Family and friends may gather at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Online condolences may be left at www.HafemeisterFH.com. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to Rainbow Hospice, Immanuel Lutheran Church capital campaign, or the charity of one's choice. Judith Ann Hoffstetter was born on August 10, 1940 in Erie, PA to Ted and Charlotte (nee Emling) Hoffstetter. The family moved to Watertown in 1956 and she graduated from Watertown High School in 1958. Judy and her parents opened Ted's Dog n' Suds in the early 1960's and when Ted and Charlotte retired in 1977 it became Judy's Drive-In. She later worked at Farm & Fleet in Watertown. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Watertown, WELCA, and spent countless hours volunteering for Bread & Roses from 1999-2016. She is survived by her sister, Joy and brother Brian, sister-in-law, Connie as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and brother Ted. |
