About Mark R. Craig, 62, of Watertown, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Aurora Medical Center in Summit. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with Rev. Ray Bezanson officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Memorials, if desired, may be directed to the family. Mark Robert Craig was born on September 12, 1956 to Robert and Patricia (nee Nicholson) Craig in Madison. He was a 1975 graduate of Watertown High School. On September 19, 1992, Mark married the former Shirley Haenel in Watertown. Mark had been employed at the Feed Bag restaurant, Frei Oil in Horicon, and at MetalTek. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapshooting; and in his younger years enjoyed playing hockey, softball and golf. Mark had previously been a member at the Watertown Conservation Club. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Shirley Craig; mother, Pat Gaugert/Craig; children, Lucas (Sandi) Craig of Green Bay, Melissa (Michael Lawrence) Craig of Dayton, OH, Robert Craig of Watertown; grandchildren, Emily, Riley, Carter, Wyatt; siblings, Michael (Patti Jo) Craig of Watertown, Pam (Sam) Savastano of Anthem, AZ, mother-in-law, Barbara Wubker of Watertown; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Robert Craig; and father-in-law, Robert Haenel. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with Rev. Ray Bezanson officiating.
