| Events | Myrna M. Richter, age 85, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2024, surrounded by her family. A memorial service will be held on October 5, 2024, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon, WI at 11 a.m. with Pastor Greg Douthwaite officiating. Family and Friends are invited to gather at the church for visitation lasting from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Immediately following the service, a graveside will be held at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lebanon, WI. Myrna Mae Schramm was born to parents Ernest and Esther (nee Schlesner) Schramm on May 23, 1939, in Lebanon, WI. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1957. Myrna married Joseph Richter on October 24th, 1964. She worked as an administrative coordinator, most recently at H&R Block before she retired and moved to Arizona near her daughter, Dana. She moved back to WI in 2022 and lived with Dana and her husband, Greg. Myrna had a love for gardening and tending to her large Impatiens . She was a very passionate and dedicated sports fan, especially of the Brewers and Packers. This love was nurtured by scoring her brothers' baseball games when she was young. Myrna also enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her friends and family. She especially enjoyed trips to the casino with her good friends in Arizona. Myrna is survived by her daughter Dana (Greg) Matter of Ixonia and her 3 sisters-in-law: Genie Schramm of Watertown, Silvia Schramm of Waupun, and Joyce Schramm of Watertown, as well as many other friends and relatives. Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph, brothers: Dennis, Bob, and Jim, and her sister Judy (Schramm) Polensky. |
