| Events | Staff Sergeant Ryan Lee Blair of Abilene, Texas, age 23, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Ryan was born on July 9, 1996 in Watertown, son of Wade Blair and Sandy (Blair) Murphy. Ryan grew up in Watertown, graduated from Watertown High School in 2014. Ryan enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from basic training in 2014. He was stationed in Lakenheath AFB for 2 years and traveled Europe while abroad. In 2016, he was stationed to Abilene where he lived until his passing. Ryan had many hobbies he loved to do, including working on cars, hunting, camping and the like. Ryan is survived by his beloved dog, Brutus; his mom, Sandy Murphy (Mike); his father, Wade Blair; his sister, Courtney (Jorge); his stepdad, J Patrick Murphy; aunt, Holly Voight (Mike) of Jefferson; aunt, LeaVone Johnson (Rich) of Robinson, Illinois; his grandparents, Rose Boettcher and J Patrick Murphy; and many other cousins, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis Boettcher, and Morris and Phyllis Blair. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a memorial scholarship to be set up at a later date. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E. Summit Avenue, Oconomowoc. A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Military Honors will follow the service at La Belle Cemetery. Ryan will be deeply missed… |
