| About | Victoria (Heiniger) Carlisle was born on June 3, 1954 in Axtell Kansas to Keith and Peggy Heiniger. She was the eldest of four daughters. She graduated from Cheyenne Central High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Anthroplogy in 1976 from the University of Wyoming. Vicki married Thomas Carlisle in May 1976, and they moved to Omaha in 1979. She worked for First Data Resources in Omaha Nebraska for 25 years, retiring as the Director of Marketing. She is survived by her mother, Peggy Heiniger of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her husband Tom Carlisle and two daughters, Tori Carlisle and Michelle Parent, all of Omaha Nebraska; her sisters Christine Johnson of Reno, Nevada, Lauri Heiniger of Parker, Colorado and Kelli Starr-Peters of Las Vegas, Nevada, grandson Cooper Mumm of Omaha, Nebraska, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Colonel Keith Heiniger, her nephew Sean Johnson and her niece Jennifer Starr. Memorial services were held on August 24, 2015 at West Center Chapel in Omaha Nebraska. She was a wonderful mother and wife, a beloved daughter and sister. We miss her terribly. She is in our hearts forever. |
